Do we have to host the web site with you?
Your site doesn't have to be hosted on our servers. However, it is something we would highly recommend. As an agency, you want to offer the maximum level of service and allowing us to host the site will enable us to respond quickly. It is the sensible option for you, us and your clients.
Do we have to register our domain name through you?
Domain names don't have to be registered through us. However, to make the customer service the best it can be we would like control of the website, including domain names. This is a simple process that we can take care of for you. All domains that we register for you will be registered to your client directly.
Can our current web sites be transferred?
In general we can transfer about 95% of sites across, without any problem. About 80% can be easily made to be updatable through our content management system as well. However, there are a small number of sites that are incompatible with our technology.
Is the system cross computer compatible (i.e. Mac and PC)
Yes, the system is completely compatible across computer types. The system and interface are web based for ease of use. This allows access to the system from anywhere in the world with an internet connection.
Are there any minimum contract lengths?
There are no minimum contract lengths. Our intention is to make life easier for you and this is one less stress for you to worry about. Besides, we are so confident in our levels of service that this won't be a problem.
What email options do we have?
Each web site comes with 5 user email accounts. Extra accounts can be bought for £1 per month for each account. That includes virus scanning and junk mail filtering too.
What do we do with the extra time we have?
Why not do what you do best? You can design more sites and make more money.
